This onboarding module takes you through the second step of joining ADDCI: the code of ethics and rules of conduct. In under an hour you will discover the principles that frame our professional conduct every day: respect and dignity, integrity and transparency, preventing conflicts of interest, handling information responsibly, and the behaviour expected with beneficiaries, colleagues and partners.
The course alternates short lessons, summary slides and mini-quizzes based on real situations. The aim: simple, practical reference points to act consistently, protect people, preserve the association’s credibility — and know what to do when a situation becomes a “grey area”.
